Project Engineer
Midlands Area
£47,000 - £52,000 per annum
As the next Project Engineer, You will take responsibility for the technical delivery of a project. Ensuring scope and quality criteria are achieved. Proactively support the Project Manager by scoping works, assessing quality on site and educating the team on best practices.
Main Duties and Responsibilities.
- Support the Project Manager with site visits to existing or potential customers.
- Organising active projects and supporting on site with the delivery from start to finish.
- Creating quotes and ordering materials.
- Attend site meetings with the client and provide the best solution and work with the Project Manager scoping the works
- Provide design solutions for small and large scale projects for EC&I works and Systems works
- Carry out quality inspections on small and large scale projects and sign off these projects technically
- Identify and develop new opportunities for projects through business relationships.
- Be responsible for drafting the customer offer based on the best solution for the customer and known limitations and requirements.
- Ensure acceptance criteria is directly linked to the requirements scope, is documented and used to achieve sign off by the customer
- Provide the highest standard of Health and Safety by supervision, good management practices, inspections and monitoring
