Morrison Water Services is recruiting for a Project Case Handler to work on our Thames Water Metering contract in London & Thames Valley.

 

As the Project Case Handler you will be part of our Customer Side Leakage Team who are responsible for Monitoring, Reporting and Repairing Leaks.

The Thames Water Metering contract covers London & Thames Valley areas. On the Smart Customer Side Leakage contract, we use Smart Meters to identify leakage within customer's supply pipes and attempt to locate and repair where possible.

As the Project Case Handler your responsibilities will include:

  • Constant reporting on the current WIP
  •  Case manage problem job until resolution
  • Creation of jobs for newly found leaks
  • Manage customer complaints and claims
  • Updating & Closing of jobs via Salesforce
  • Monitor and reply to emails from our client and other departments with MWS
  • Constant use of our Meter Reading System to monitor leakage flows

Skills & Knowledge Requirements

  • Water Industry Experience
  • Customer Side Leakage Experience
  • Microsoft Office & Team Experience
  • Salesforce Experience
