Morrison Water Services, part of M Group Services is recruiting for Project Managers to work in Scotland on our Caledonia Water Alliance contract.
As a Project Manager with Morrison Water Services, you'll be able to lead a Project from engagement to completion.
You'll be accountable for many aspects of the delivery, ensuring that all activity is planned and executed to the highest standards, in accordance with the CWA and Scottish Water requirement.
Morrison Water Services are proud to be a key partner on the Caledonia Water Alliance, and will successfully and safely work with Scottish Water to jointly deliver SR21, a six-year water and wastewater infrastructure pan Scotland capital investment programme.
As Project Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic health, safety and environmental management and leadership to drive the highest standards
- Delivery of the Project to the agreed time, cost & quality requirements
- Work closely with PMO planning team to build X19 contractual programmes and monitor progress
- Work closely with the construction team to ensure targets are understood
- Work closely with the commercial team to understand project LBE / Target Cost / monthly forecasting and expenditure through project life cycle
- Manage change management during project lifecycle
- Drive Risk management for the projects
- Project Management of the principal subcontracts
- Manage the SW project governance process to ensure CWA are not working at risk and the project can be delivered within the desired timescales
- Preparing progress reports for the CWA Management team
- Management of the Project team and working with the CWA management team to ensure availability of suitably skilled resource
- Support the team and management
