We are looking to offer an HGV Maintenance Controller the opportunity to join our expanding Compliance team based in Castleford.

As the HGV Maintenance Controller, you’ll get the opportunity to:
- Be responsible for the compliance of scheduled & reactive maintenance
- Ensure HGV's in your regional area are set up on Key2 & Asset-Go
- Ensure all scheduled and reactive maintenance events have been allocated to relevant Internal/External maintenance providers, PO's raised, all work completed, Job closed, Labor, Parts costs and compliance paperwork uploaded accurately onto fleet management system.
- Build a cohesive & collaborative working relationship with customers, transport manager and drivers in your regional area to deliver the highest standard of service in relation to commercial vehicle maintenance and compliance.
- Set up new maintenance suppliers to support your regional area, ensuring you follow the process.
- Implement monthly maintenance review meetings with regional supply chain and MGSPFS maintenance auditor to build a strong and collaborative working relationship.
What you’ll bring?
- Experience of working within a transport environment, managing commercial vehicle maintenance activities.
- Sound knowledge of DVSA's guide to maintaining roadworthiness.
- Capability to take ownership/responsibility, demonstrated through actions and behaviours.
- Customer focused with effective communication skills and committed to delivering a high standard of customer service
- Hold a category B Driving Licence.
