Electrical Senior Supervisor - £55,000

As an Electrical Senior Supervisor, you'll have a range of responsibilities, including providing technical advice to customers, managing small projects from start to finish, ensuring accurate production or review of RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements), overseeing staff line management and task assignment, organising and supervising work delivery, You'll also play a crucial role in developing and maintaining internal and external relationships, providing technical support and supervision for delegated tasks, aiding in team training and development to maintain work quality, contributing to efficiency and innovation for continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all work processes.

To excel in this role, you'll need -

• Good knowledge of DSEAR and ATEX.
• Understanding of hazardous area concepts and systems.
• CompEx 01-04 certification.
• Ideally, CompEx 14 and/or 12A/B qualifications.
• A good understanding of electrical testing and BS7671 regulations.
• Experience in industrial environments.
• High-level IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, to be self-sufficient in all manner of work tasks.
• The ability to plan and coordinate effectively without supervision.
• A high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Minimum of Level 3 NVQ and City & Guilds qualifications in relevant subject, or equivalent experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
