Morrison Water Services are currently looking to recruit a Jetting Supervisor to work on our Welsh Water contract in Bodelwyddan.
As the Jetting Supervisor you will ensure the jetting team have all the relevant information, job details, plant, equipment and materials to complete the job. You will ensure ensure effective site liaison and communications with the client, customers, colleagues and other stakeholders. You will ensure we maximise contract efficiencies by delivering an excellent customer service, optimising productivity on site and contributing to the business / contract targets. You will ensure time sheets are completed correctly & undertake regular toolbox talks, site inspections /audits, and safety briefings.
Do you hold the following qualifications: Confined Space, Water Hygiene, SHEA water?
You will need to have a full clean Driving Licence with C1? To be considered for this role.
Do you have previous experience of working on the sewer network?
Can you demonstrate an understanding of all relevant statutory, regulatory and company policies and guidelines?
Do you have a proven track record in
managing civils and jetting teams?
Can you show the ability and desire to identify opportunities for improvement within the Water Service Agreement?
Are you a self-motivated and able to manage own time/workload?
A team player and a relationship builder?
