About The Role

Morrison Water Services is currently looking to recruit a Digital Image Technician to work on our Yorkshire Water contract in Yorkshire.

As a Digital Image Technician, you will part of our Area Operational Team and validate real time Data for onsite activity and photographic submissions to maintain the ‘Right First Time’ culture, to deliver First Class Service.  You will ensure that a quality service is captured and reviewed in a timely manner and provide day-to-day support to Project Managers and Agents to improve works quality and assist in the reduction of Cost of Failure to the business.

As the Digital Image Technician your duties and responsibilities will be:

Real Time quality auditing and validation of Picture observations:
  • Site set up – SLG Compliance
  • Task Completion
  • Backfill and Reinstatement compliance
  • Traffic Management set up
  • Site Clearance evidence
  • Escalation of operational issues to Operational Managers including incorrect site set up and works quality issues.
  • Validate on-site activity and review against Permit Conditions

 Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

  • NRSWA streetworks qualification preferable but not essential
  • Effective communication skills and time management
  • Able to demonstrate drive and ambition to deliver ‘World Class Customer Service’
  • Take responsibility and challenge existing policies and procedures
  • Computer literate
  • Demonstrate an awareness of the business procedures
  • Ability to act calmly and rationally in a stressful environment
  • Flexibility to support the business needs
  • An enthusiastic team player
