About The Role
Morrison Energy Services is recruiting for a Site Administrator for our Local Delivery Partner contract in Hitchin. 
 

As the Site Administrator you will support our Operational Delivery team, with a full range of administrative services including, producing information reports and work packs. 

Morrison Energy Services is working in partnership with Cadent Gas to deliver network mains replacement work in the East of England. 

As a Site Administrator your duties & responsibilities will be:

  • Operate office databases and systems and process relevant documents in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Provide information/reports as requested
  • Produce drawings and packs
  • Resolve internal and external enquiries providing written, telephone or face-to-face responses as appropriate
  • Distribution of the operational teams’ whereabouts on a weekly basis
  • Produce Team Talk sweep up listing

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

  • Sound administration experience, ideally gained in an operational role
  • Previous utilities or construction experience is desirable, but not essential 
  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to prioritise and organise
  • Meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy of data entry
  • Intermediate use of Word/Excel
  • Ability to produce Powerpoint presentations
