Trainee Street works Co-Ordinator 

Morrison Water Services, part of M Group Services is recruiting for a Trainee Street works Co-Ordinator to work on our Caledonia Water Alliance contract. We are looking for someone who has an interest in a challenging office based career which is fast-paced and can offer many progression opporutnities. 

• Supporting Site Team in all aspects of scheduling works – review and understand route of design / construction drawings and converting programme into street works noticing and interrogating – SRWR (Scottish Road Works Register) to ensure free road space for works.
• Providing accurate data input updates for Streetworks Notice maintenance.  Advance Notice through to Registration Notice using bespoke system (SRWR – Scottish Road Works Register)
• Produce, review and understand daily Jeopardy Reporting to ensure compliance with NRSWA and avoidance of any penalty notices. 
• Proactively monitor live street works to ensure system updates within statutory timescales. 
• Confident communication with internal and external parties for updates on street works.

The role holder is required to take responsibility for the management of all Streetworks Notices required to allow CWA to carry out any works on the Public Highway. Training will be given to suitable candidate. 

The role holder would work in our office environment in Stepps.
