About the role
Morrison Water Services are looking to employ a Senior Field Technician to support our Network Leakage contract field teams within South-West Water, based out of Redruth, Cornwall. The role will include supporting developing new and upskilling existing field technicians and engineers within a specific area.
Reporting to the Regional Engineer, you will have the required technical skills, utilising tried and tested methodologies and equipment, while keeping up to date with new innovations and technologies.
With a proven track record in leakage and a commitment to engage, motivate, coach and mentor field staff of various levels, skills, and experience.
Upholding the reputation of both Morrison Water Services and our client and ensure your team follows all health and safety procedures and processes. Maintain compliance with the new roads and street work act (NRSWA) code of practice.

The Key Requirements
Do you have a good understanding of the water network?
Do you hold a valid EUSR water hygiene card?
Are you holding a current NRSWA Unit 2 and 10 accreditation?
Proven track record in surveying the network, pinpointing, and promoting leaks
Are you IOSH Supervising Safely/Managing Safely qualified?
Are you first aid qualified?
