Morrison Water Services are currently looking to recruit a Contract Reporting Analyst to work on our Infrastructure Programmes contract covering South London and Thames Valley.
As a Contract Reporting Analyst, you will be a part the Programme Team and will be responsible for the successful development, implementation, reporting and control of data and reporting covering all aspects of project and programme management.
You will develop and implement control systems and trigger points to enable projects and the programme itself to be delivered successfully. In addition to also collating, analysing and presenting costs and scheduling data in support of the management.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are monitored and controlled with cost forecasts at project level. You will also ensure the adherence to Change Management processes including Scope Management and Configuration Management (Baselining).
You will be the primary point of contact for Project Managers and support the wider Project Team in all matters relating to project schedules, costs and resources. Furthermore, you will be in control of the reporting calendar with a full focus in ensuring reviews and reports are accurate and submitted on time.
Are you self motivated and driven?
Do you have previous knowledge of Salesforce, P6, CEMAR, Excel and Power BI? (This is essential)
Have you gained experience in risk management, programme control, data analysis and evaluation?
Do you have sound knowledge and understanding of programme control philosophy such as project and programme level hold points and trigger levels?
Are you able to work against strict deadlines?
Do you have similar experience in working with digital project and workflow management systems for construction and capital delivery infrastructure in the water industry?
You will need a professional qualification to be considered for this role, preferably degree, HND, HNC level.
